Looking for dog-friendly gite for January

Three of us (a couple and one friend) are looking for a 2 bedroomed gite for a few days in the second half of January. We want something pretty and rural around Loudun/Thouars area. We also want to bring our Springer with us (lively but very good in the house) so there must be a decent sized area for him to run around. Must also take cheque vacances. We won't consider a rental that does not take cheque vacances.
