I am looking for a property to buy, small house 1 or 2 bedrooms, garden, at the most 10km from Aulnay (17) please no pile of bricks to renovate, although some work to do would not put me off!!

We are downsizing through my husbands ill health. Our property is for sale and is just in need of cosmetic work in places. It has all the implements a small farm could need and if required, all the animals to go with it. There is also two tractors and 3 trailers also with a grass topper. The property has a lake full with fish and has a holiday gite on the land with the lake.
We need a smaller house now urgently and have dropped our asking price dramatically for a quick sale.
