I have just changed from France Telecom to Freefrance and everything seems to be working well, but several people have said that I sound a bit like Mickey Mouse and that the line is crackly. Before I spend money on a new phone, has anyone else on Freefrance had the same problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks.

The second time, it was when someone rang me - I know calls are free, but I don't want to have to ring people back. Would it help if I moved the base phone as far as I can from the freebox?

If the fault continues contact your ISP..
This sounds like a voip issue.
