Has anyone lost a small black mongrel bitch a bit labrador like. She has obviously very recently had puppies and there is clearly a mark where a collar has been. She has been seen in Lessac, Pressac, Hiesse and today travelling towards Pressac along the D948 from Confolens, narrowly being missed by lorries and cars.

A friend and I have tried to catch her and we managed to give her a tin of food but everytime we approached her she wandered off. She was very obviously searching for either her owners or her puppies

If you have lost this dog, please look in the Confolens area before she is run over or causes a serious accident.

She was on the Pressac/Confolons road last night again causing the traffic to swerve. I couldn't do anything since I was on my own and driving a loaded horsebox.

Was she nearer Pressac or Confolens as I'll go and have another look this morning. If I can get her, I'll take her to the SPA.

Hi Dees, I don't know the area well but I would say she was nearer to Pressac - close to a T junction?

I have just done another tour of the area and she is nowhere to be seen at present. If anyone does see her or hopefully catch her give me a call on 05 49 844115 and I'll take her to the SPA
