I have an appointment with a Podiatrist next week and wonder if anyone has a rough idea of what their charges are?
Any advice will be appreciated.

I had mine made up in Melle & ,all in , including insole , it was about 35 euros. This was just for a heel support insole. Took about 10 days between examination & collection of new support. As far as I can remember I dont think I could claim any of this money back but well worth it anyway

Hi I had a pair made up in Ruffec and they cost me 128 euro's and we only got 20 back.

I had inner soles made up as prescribed by my doctor, they cost 85 euros and I was reimbursed 17 euros.

I took my daughter to a fantastic Podiatrist in Poitiers, an hours drive for me, and cost me 124 euros, but well worth it, I am yet to be reimbursed any money.The insoles were ready 5 days later and have stopped the pains in her feet and knees straight away.

Only just read your posting - I paid about 135 euros back in February, and got back maybe the 35 euros.

Obviously dont know what your particular problem is...I have "spurs" on the heel bone of both feet.

Discovered a brand of shoes called Mephisto; I went to the shop in Limoges and it has been a reverlation!

Expensive, but cant put a price on being able to walk, pain free, after a year of problems.

Went for the consultation, very detailed, one hour long and cost was 63€.
Went back later with x-rays, insoles L & R made and cost 98€.
Excellent service and first class staff. Will recommend to anyone who needs.
