Heating Engineer

Hello
Does anyone know of an English speaking Heating Engineer that has knowledge of Heat Exchange systems? Civray area.
Our heat pump was damaged during the last cold snap and we're fairly sure that it is non-repairable. Also want to replace the air pump on the outside (A Daikin at the moment).
