Chuckles Are you changing your fosse because it doesn't conform or is it condemned?Sometimes fosses can be non conforming but bonne foctionnement which meansthey work well but are just not up to the latest standards.If you are selling your property, then all you need to do is declare to the new buyers that is doesn't conform.No obligation to change as long as you declare. You need to get the local sanitation inspector in to declare non conformity if you areselling
