Try Barrault at 521 Route de Limoges in Niort.  Just past the new RSI building on the Celles sur Belle Road. They seem to supply most of the garages with parts around here. If you can wait though its normally cheaper to get bits sent from England.

If you're thinking the 'motor factors' in France might operate in a similar way to those in the UK you might end up as disappointed as I've been when I've gone for parts as everything I've wanted has been very expensive and I'll give you a few examples.

Radiator in France, 650 euros --------- re-con bought and delivered from the UK £155

Brakes pads in France, 94 euros ------ bought and delivered from the UK £19

Brake shoes in France, 116 euros ---- bought and delivered from the UK  £17.50

Bottom ball joint in France, 49 euros - bought and delivered from the UK  £18

and these were all branded parts from reputable suppliers and not some cheap and nasty rubbish from the far east.

If I want anything, I search for the parts on Google or ebay UK and then buy from one of the many reputable companies advertising on there.
